POSTAGE & PACKING
Our postage and packing rates are for any size of order:
UK, including The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man - £2.95
Europe - £3.95
Rest of the World - £4.95
Postage will be added automatically on your shopping cart after you
have selected your country for delivery - you will be asked to do
this when you order your first item.
DELIVERY
Delivery will usually take between 5 and 7 days. We try to keep
stocks of all items but if we are out of stock of an item this may
delay your order. Personalised items will usually be delivered in
the same time, but as these are individually made for you, they
sometimes can take longer - please ensure that you order well in
advance for birthdays etc. We will contact you if there is a problem.
PAYMENT METHODS
We are happy to accept payment by: sterling cheque/postal order, credit/debit
card and Paypal.ORDERING METHODS
We are happy to accept your order online using our secure
server. If, however, you do not wish to use this method, we are
pleased to accept orders by telephone, mail or email.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order
within 7 working days from the day you receive the goods. This
cancellation must be in writing. We will not refund either the
original postage/shipping paid or any postage charges for returning
the goods to us. Please note that this does
not apply to personalised items which are non-returnable.
This does not affect your
statutory rights.
